SAEF Cancels Festival of Tables due to Covid-19, raffle will continue
From SAEF President Jennifer Hammerberg:
“Unfortunately, SAEF has had to make the difficult decision to cancel the Festival of Tables for 2020 as we all work together to limit the potential spread of Covid-19.
Our raffle will proceed as planned with the winner being chosen and announced on March 21st 2020. The winners will be contacted via phone, and announced on Facebook and our website. We still have tickets for sale. Text or call Lance Chapman regarding ticket sales (517)795-6611.
We are working to be able to offer an on-line auction for at least some of our donated items, especially those that are time sensitive. If any donor does not want to have items in an online auction let us know and we will honor that. We can set auction reserves and are working on other details regarding switching to an on-line event.
This is a very unusual circumstance and we will figure it out together. Thank you all for your support and understanding. We greatly appreciate the support of the community, our sponsors, donors, volunteers, and everyone who participates in our event every year. Thank you!”
