BOARD MEETING MINUTES

April 16, 2018

Stockbridge Township Supervisor CG Lantis called the Regular Stockbridge Township Board Meeting to order on April 16, 2018 at 7:30 pm at the Stockbridge Township Hall. Members present at the meeting Supervisor CG Lantis, Clerk Becky Muraf, Treasurer Kris Lauckner, Trustee Terry Sommer, Trustee Ed Wetherell. Member absent from meeting: None

Pledge of Allegiance was lead by Jesse Pidd, Addison Wright, Mackenzie Johnston

Moment of Silence

Sommer motion at accept the Stockbridge Township board meeting agenda with Stockbridge Outreach and Weather Siren added under old business and Summer Fest to Decorate Poles under. Wetherell second All in Favor Motion Carried

Wetherell motion to accept the Stockbridge Township March 19, 2018 board meeting minutes as printed Sommer second All in Favor Motion Carried

Lauckner motion to accept the Stockbridge Township Board Financial Report as printed Sommer second with the discussion of deposits they should be done weekly and the last one was deposited into the bank on April 2, 2018 Muraf spoke with Auditor Ken Palka and there isn’t a law on when a deposit should be deposited but they like to see one done every week. All in Favor Motion Carried

Sommer motion to accept the Stockbridge Township Quarterly Building department Report as printed Zoning 6 New Permits, Zoning 6 New Permits (1 New House/2 New Pole Barns/3 Additions), Electrical 3 New Permits, Mechanical 9 New Permits, Plumbing 3 New Permits, Driveways 2 New Permits, Addresses 2 New Permits, Demolition 0 New Permits Wetherell second  discussion with Katrina Griffith and there is 2 new Houses coming that are starting the process of pulling permits new. All in Favor Motion Carried

Old Business

Unadilla has decided to wait till next year to do another Clean Up Day with Stockbridge Township. Lantis will talk with the village and see if they are interested in doing a Clean Up Day With the Township later this summer.

Weather siren is up on the corner of Green Rd and Shepper Rd in the easement. There is no power and it is not working at the moment Wetherell will be contacting Consumer Energy to get it up and running.

Lantis has not heard back from Stockbridge Outreach about the fire station the last update is Outreach would like the fire trucks moved out of the bay area so they can have someone look at the floors. Lantis will be in John Beck once he hears something from Outreach.

Muraf motion to keep Pfeffer Hanniford- Palka as the Stockbridge Township Auditor Sommer second All in Favor Motion Carried

Sommer motion to keep the Stockbridge Township Board Meetings on the Third Monday of the month at 7:30pm at the Stockbridge Township Hall. Lauckner second All in Favor Motion Carried.

Lauckner motion to keep Stockbridge State Bank for Stockbridge Township Board Current Tax Trusting & Agency and Performace Accounts, Genereal Fund will continue using Farmers State Back and continue using Commerical Bank and Dart Bank of Mason for our current CDS Sommer second All inFavor Motion Carried

Lauckner motion to accept the Proverty Exempt as printed Sommer second All in Favor Motion Carried

Sommer motion to allow Summer Fest to decorate the poles Lauckner motion All in Favor Motion Carried

Sommer motion to pay Stockbridge Township Board monthly bills in the amount of $37,421.86Wetherell second All in Favor Motion Carried
