Stockbridge Township Supervisor CG Lantis called the Regular Stockbridge Township Board Meeting to order on August 19, 2019 at 7:33pm at the Stockbridge Township Hall. Members present at the Stockbridge Township Regular Board Meeting; Supervisor CG Lantis, Clerk Becky Muraf, Treasurer Kris Lauckner Trustee Ed Wetherell Trustee Terry Sommer Member absent from meeting: None

Sommer motion to accept the Stockbridge Township Board Meeting Minutes as printed from July 15, 2019 as written with the correction of Complaint to Compliance on the fourth row from the bottom on the first page. Wetherell second All in Favor Motion Carrier
Citizen’s Comments Discussion
Sommer motion to accept the Stockbridge Township Board financial report as printed from April 1, 2019 thru August 19, 2019 Wetherell second All in Favor Motion Carried.
Sherri McConnell from Capital Area District Libraries-Stockbridge was present asking for permission to apply for a grant to put up a little free library on the property and also to apply for a grant to get 2 to 4 bikes that can be checked out of the library and stored in the Stockbridge Township Hall during winter months. Stockbridge Township Board has no problem with this happening if the grants are awarded to the library.
Lantis will get bid upto $1000.00 to get the library and cleaned inside Lauckner second all in Favor Motion Carried
Old Business
Stockbridge Township Recycling will be on the 2nd Saturday of each month
Stockbridge Township will move Movie night on the square from September 20th 2019 to September 13, 2019 due to Stockbridge Homecoming is on September 20, 2019 Please come out to watch Wonder Park Rain or shine.
Canon is finished. Lantis motion to look at a plaque to tell history of the canon Sommer Second All in Favor Motion Carried Stockbridge Township will reach out to the Historical Society

Trees and Boarder Sommer is working with Gee Farms on the trees and had purchased boarder and stakes for the areas around the building
New Business
Stockbridge Community Schools Resource Officer Stockbridge Township is reaching out to the insurance company to check on liability and would like to see a few changes in the current contract that was presented to the Stockbridge Township Board. Lantis motion to table this until the special meeting on August 27, 2019 at 7:30PM Lauckner Second All in Favor Motion Carried
Lauckner motion to accept B&B Taylor Farms Property LLC Application for Farmland and Open Spaces Preservation Program Wetherell Second All in Favor Motion Carried
Garden Club will be removing some dirt around from around the canon Lantis will be helping with his tractor.
Muraf motion to appoint William Lantis to ZBA and Randy Snider as Mandy Urquhart back up on the ZBA Sommer Second All in Favor Motion Carried
Sommer motion to pay the Stockbridge Township Board monthly bills in the amount of $49,994.84 Muraf second Discussion All in Favor Motion Carried
