    Saturday, April 1, 2017, (no joke!) the American Legion Riders will be hosting its 8th annual chili cook off at the Mackinder Glenn American Legion Post, 830 S. Clinton, Stockbridge, MI, from 1 P.M. – 4 P.M.  Admission $5, free samples, 50/50 raffle, door prizes, and vendors.  Raffle at 3 P.M.  Open to the public.  Contacts: Jerry Kunzelman 517-736-4456, Jean Buurma 734-498-3211.

    Do you like to play Euchre?  The Dansville Community Center at 1317 Mason Street in Dansville will be having Euchre Night on Saturday, April 1 & 15 starting at 7 p.m.  A donation of $5 per person is asked to help pay for expenses for the night.  Prizes for high score, low score, and most lone hands will be awarded.  Beginners are welcome.  For more information, contact 517-851-7853.

    Location: Woodworth Elementary School, 212 Pennsylvania Street, Leslie, MI.

    Leslie High School graduate Brent Kruscke, author of “DUSK”, will be on hand to sell and sign copies of his novel.
