The Stockbridge Area Wellness Coalition and the 5 Healthy Towns Foundation are very proud and excited to host the BRIDGE TO WELLNESS CHALLENGE. The BTWC is a FREE 15-week weight loss and wellness challenge which kicked off on March 3^rd and runs through June 15^th.
As part of the CHALLENGE we will be hosting a “Wellness Series” of six community events focused on “Moving More” and “Eating Better”. These events are not only OPEN to the CHALLENGE participants, but FREE AND OPEN to all community members. We welcome and encourage everyone to participate and take advantage of these educational and physical programs.
Date: March 20th – 6:30 p.m., “Goal Setting Workshop”, Stacey Sheets, Certified Personal Trainer, Wellness Coach and Fitness Specialist, Chelsea Wellness Center
Location: Smith Elementary School’s Extended Learning Center
