CHELSEA, Michigan (Dec. 9, 2019) – St. Joseph Mercy Chelsea will offer Senior Fit classes at Emanuel United Church of Christ, located at 324 W. Main Street in Manchester, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:15 to 2:15 p.m. Senior Fit is a FREE exercise program for people age 55 and over that encourages senior adults to exercise their way to a healthier lifestyle. The program features standing and chair exercises that build strength and flexibility, as well as improve balance and cardiovascular fitness.
Space is limited and registration is required. Please call 734-593-5600 to register.

On the 2nd Monday of the month (3/9, 4/13, 5/11, 6/8) from 5:00 to 6:00 pm, our Fresh Food Initiative will be delivering fresh produce to low income families in Stockbridge School District. NO ID required, for families or individuals who declare themselves in need of food.
Pick up site: Jeruel Baptist Church, 11440 Plum Orchard Road (M-106), Munith.
